The 2014 Conference & Tradeshow brings you brand new speakers with brand new topics. Most of the education sessions on Tuesday, March 25, 2014 will be held at the Las Vegas Convention Center during the Tradeshow. For the past 18 years, the Los Angeles-based culinary group has been the proud caterers of the Primetime Emmy Awards Governors Ball where they feed a staggering 4,000 attendees comprised of Hollywood’s elite.
