William R. Pannhoff is a native of Minnesota. There he was co-owner of Crystal Catering in the early 80’s. While serving in the United States Army for six years, he graduated with honors from the military's Club Management & Culinary Arts School, spent time with the Army Culinary Arts Team, and was a general's enlisted aide and the NCOIC of a Military Bed and Breakfast. The Next step was opening B&B Catering in 1990. Mr. Pannhoff has a degree in Food Service Management, a Certificate in Military Club Management and Military Culinary Upgrade Program and almost a degree in Marketing and Retailing. Mr. Pannhoff is an active speaker and writer for the nationally recognized Catersource Inc. and is the Moderator of the Catersource forum. |
