Catersource 2020 is next week!

Hopefully you are giddy with anticipation for Catersource 2020 next week! As you check off your final to-dos in advance of the conference, below you will find everything you need to get the most out of your time.

Make Connections

Networking is one of the biggest takeaways at this show, and we encourage you to say hello to someone new.

Throughout the conference, you’ll have the opportunity to network at all of the evening parties, on the tradeshow floor, and even during the Collaborative Matchmaking Social on Wednesday at 12:30pm.

Dress to Impress

Since you will have so many opportunities to network with your fellow professionals, make sure to bring a few different clothing options to ensure that you are putting your best foot forward. If you are heading out to any of the evening parties, make sure to take a look at the recommended attire:

Map it Out

If you are new to the Las Vegas area, take some time to map out your destinations for the week, and give yourself plenty of time to get where you need to be. Even though all of the Catersource events will take place in the Mandalay Bay Events Center, it’s important to know where to park, and the fastest route from your starting point, whether that’s the airport or you place of business. Also, take a look at the evening parties that you will be attending so that you know where to meet.  And don’t underestimate the importance of mapping out the conference day. Review the conference floorplan to figure out the locations of your sessions, as well as any particular vendors you hope to see on the trade show floor.

Stay Healthy

Even though Catersource will continue go off without a hitch despite the Coronavirus, we want to make sure that everyone who is attending has the best possible experience. Take time to review this year’s Education Sessions to see which ones you are most interested in, or most relevant to you.  Once you have selected which sessions you would like to attend, make sure to set up your schedule, either online or through the conference app.
