Diced competition: The annual Diced competition will be held on the Anaheim Convention Center tradeshow culinary stage on May 4, and we are currently seeking chefs to compete in this lively event. Six chef competitors will receive a mystery box of ingredients, a pantry of staples, and 30 minutes to complete a flight of three appetizers based on one of the four seasons (we’ll decide on the season on site!). Winter, spring, summer or fall...all you’ve got to do is call...
