For a “live party” Hearten magazine photoshoot, the staff of Chowgirls Killer Catering devised a custom menu speaking to the Scandinavian tradition of “hygge” and dressed the 100-year-old library table with long boards featuring regionally smoked whitefish, lake trout with pickled vegetables, and garlands of greenery peppered with candles.
