Barry Callebaut Group has just completed expansion of its HQ office in Chicago. These office additions will secure their position as a progressive and innovative company. Included in the expansion is:
- a state-of-the-art Applications Laboratory to support the development of chocolate and cocoa products for food manufacturing customers, and that can simulate customer production runs for testing of new recipes or refining existing ones
- the Chocolate Academy™ Center, an advanced teaching and training center for gourmet professionals, was also renovated and can now accommodate additional students throughout the year
