First up: the new Melamine Naturals™ Wood Collection. These machine-washable and stain-resistant Bamboo, Elm, Walnut, Acacia and Rustic Wood serving boards not only have the earthy and organic look of wood but the durability and practicality of melamine. In addition the company will also introduce eight new tabletop risers to its collection: Glacier™ Acrylic Risers. Caterease’s Version 16 is released
Caterease Software is excited to announce its latest release, Caterease v16. Completely upgraded for Microsoft SQL, this new version delivers lightning-fast performance and offers hundreds of incredible new features and enhancements, all with the same user-friendly design. Among the many new tools are: a comprehensive update to its ingredient management module (including the ability to create custom units of measure and custom conversions); automatic notifications of event changes, which are based on conditions set by each user and can be optionally sent to users via email or text; menu item selection tools that make building custom menus for parties even easier; enhanced “required items” or “packing list” management, allowing for unprecedented control and flexibility in managing the various equipment items necessary for each party; and more.

Caterease v16 will also introduce the new Web Inquiry module, which allows users to create custom web forms to capture customer information, and then have all of those details pass seamlessly into Caterease as a new client or a new prospect.
Additionally, Caterease v16 will introduce a collection of powerful interfaces with third-party applications. The interface with LocalTable staffing software allows users to seamlessly pass all shift information to LocalTable, where employees can then schedule themselves to work those parties.
