Presentation Materials
As part of the attendee package, speakers are to provide all presentation materials to Catersource and Event Solutions by the date indicated on your speaker agreement. This includes powerpoint slides, handouts, recipes and any additional materials you wish to provide to attendees. They will be able to download these materials during and after the Conference.
To create a professional appearance and to assist you in your planning, we ask that you use the below templates when creating your presentation materials.
Promotion
In addition to gaining attendance at the show, we also want your session(s) to be as successful as possible. Our marketing is only enhanced by your continuous promotion leading up to the show!

Book Distribution
Each year we invite our speakers to sell published books or DVDs through our onsite store. If you have any recently published products you would like to sell onsite, please fill out the Distribution Agreement and return to [email protected] for approval.
An active W9 will also be required to forward payment for products sold. Please include this with your completed agreement. Download a W9 form here.
Note: Unless you are also exhibiting on the Tradeshow floor, you will not be allowed to sell materials onsite outside of the CatersourceStore.
