Carlton Brown, chef and owner of Occasional Occasions by Carlton, emphasized how valuable his ICA membership has been when we spoke with him. “From 2014 to 2015, I have seen my business grow an incredible 200%, which I attribute partly to the knowledge that I have gained and implemented in my business from ICA and Catersource,” said Brown.
The most beneficial parts of an ICA membership? The webinars, which he mentioned were “always intriguing,” and the connections he made with seasoned caterers. ”To be able to pick up the phone and simply call when I’m in a growth challenge is incredible,” Brown added.
