Tour de Lis Monday Night Party

Take a short bus ride outside New Orleans and into a world transformed—your Monday Night Party experience, Tour de Lis!

Located at NOLA Motorsports (an ICA member), you will encounter a wide variety of cuisine, entertainment, and indoor/outdoor experiences. Throughout the two-story handicap accessible facility, as well as outside under the Louisiana sky (with ample permanently covered area in case of inclement weather), move through your experiences and learn new techniques for serving, gain recipes and ideas for some of the newest practices and tastes from across the world, and enjoy the lively company of your peers.

At a recent early January site visit with the team at Catering Creations, Omaha, NE—the masterminds behind this fête—Catersource had the opportunity to listen to Executive Chef Jeff Snow talk about his concepts for each area, incorporating techniques with sous vide, nitro, the ever-popular New Orleans concept of the SnoBall (wait until you see it!), and the most interesting and delicious “On a Stick” nibble to grace a Catersource Monday Night event.

Bright, colorful, and loaded with a variety of entertainment too, something new and delightful will pop up at every turn.

Buses will circle regularly throughout the evening but we encourage you to come early, stay late—and have an appetite! Dress is casual.

End your evening dancing under the stars and then sleep it off on the way home—the ride is on us.
