Over the years that I have known Bill Pannhoff, the one big takeaway I have—time and time again—is his innate drive, knowledge, and passion for catering and taking care of people. This guy knows his stuff and he wants to share all of it. This coming year at Catersource 2018, Bill will present a trio of sessions on “The Reality of Leadership” February 18 & 19, 2018 at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas.
