It was a true chef showcase at Leading Caterers of America member’s Proof of the Pudding corporate headquarters in Atlanta. Catering executives from across the U.S. enjoyed an interactive tour of the facility and the diverse, delicious talents of their team of culinary geniuses. —Kathleen Stoehr
