Heather Hofmann has been appointed Director of Sales for Bold Catering & Design. Hofmann brings to the table over three decades of multi-facet restaurant, hotel, resort & catering experience. Hofmann has been at the helm of 2,000+ room award-winning resorts & spas, restaurant grand openings and directed food & beverage teams across the southeast before relocating from the central Florida area to Atlanta.
An active member of NACE, ILEA and ICA, Hofmann’s pursuit to bring new business and fresh ideas to the Bold events team is substantiated by her luxury sales and strategies experience coupled with a passion for good food that evolved at a young age through organic gardening. Working for Walt Disney World for 12 years strengthened her desire to prioritize service delivery and value the variety of off-premise catering and design and how to utilize the distinctiveness of each space and venue. In her new role, Hofmann will be leading a dynamic and skilled sales team representing a wide range of interests, capabilities & expertise.
