Think back to a year ago. We were all together in Las Vegas celebrating in the industry at Catersource + The Special Event. Yes, you read that right; we were together. But, as we all know, things can quickly change. In fact, Catersource + The Special Event was one of the very last in-person conference to take place before COVID-19 took hold. Being able to gather together may seem like a foreign concept to many as we continue to fight back against the COVID-19 pandemic, but we will be together again. And together we shall be once again at Catersource + The Special Event.
In a normal year, March would typically be earmarked for Catersource + The Special Event, but this year we will be harnessing the full power of the Miami sun by holding the 2021 co-located conference and tradeshow in July instead. Catersource + The Special Event will be held July 19-22 at the Miami Beach Convention Center.
