Pablos Holman, Opening Keynote

Pablos Holman created the first 3D food printer. He built spaceships with Jeff Bezos. And his TED talks, focused on problem solving and affecting the future of business through technology, have over 30+ million views.

 

Holman is a technology futurist, inventor with 70 patents and leader of a Seattle-based innovation lab where 150 top scientists and engineers are creating solutions to world-level problems. His keynote will set the tone for Catersource + The Special Event. He has a unique view into breaking and building new technologies and as we know, this year, nearly every company was broken in some way and needed "repairing".
