Apple Pie a la Mode

Method
Combine ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth and garnish with a light cinnamon sprinkle.
Ingredients for Honey Simple Syrup
Method
- Heat two parts honey to one part hot water in a saucepan over medium-low heat until the mixture reaches a simmer. Remove from heat and cool. Store at room temperature or refrigerate as desired.
- Lasts four weeks in the refrigerator.

Peaches and Honey Cocktail

Ingredients
Ingredients for Honey Lime Syrup
Method
- In a small saucepan combine honey, water and lime juice. Heat on low and mix together, being careful not to let the water boil. Remove from heat once combined.
- Muddle basil in a tall glass or cocktail shaker add sparkling water, 1½ oz honey lime syrup, vodka, and a couple of peach slices. Pour over ice and garnish with additional lime and peach slices.

Honey Cardamom Pear Sangria

Ingredients
Method
- Add honey and water to a saucepan. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat. Remove the pot from the heat and allow the mixture to come to room temperature.
- In a large pitcher add all ingredients, except the ginger ale. Refrigerate for four hours or up to three days. Serve with a splash of ginger ale.

O' Honey Fashioned

Method
In a highball, place the cherries, orange slices and honey, macerate with the back of a spoon or muddler. Fill the glass with ice, add the bitters, whiskey and fill the rest of the glass with club soda. Garnish with additional cherries and orange slices.

Pomegranate Cider Bourbon Splash

Ingredients
Method
- Add the first five ingredients to the cup of a cocktail shaker along with some ice. Give the mixture a few vigorous shakes.
- Divide the mixture between two rocks (or scotch) glasses filled with ice.
- Top with a splash of ginger beer and garnish with a wedge of lemon.
