As a trendsetter in every industry she has participated in, Lili Shadab has established herself as an event design innovator, with her finger on the pulse of style. She first began in the fashion industry as a designer and stylist. She then directed her creative talents into floral design and special event production and started her business in a spare room in her home. This humble beginning is where Elite Productions International was born. In 1991, Lili launched what would become an event production powerhouse, fearless in the endeavor to create events that were only limited by her client’s imagination.
She has produced events for Fortune 500 companies, high profile entertainment industry events. private parties and local charities. Having spent countless hours volunteering for charitable organizations Lili’s altruistic nature and passion for helping others, knows no bounds.
Not only has Lili built a reputable career; her peers have recognized her with a nomination for the Orange County Business Journal Excellence in Entrepreneurship Award, the Orange County Journal Women in Business Award, and The International Women’s Leadership Association, as a woman of outstanding leadership. She has also been nominated as the Event Solutions Magazine Spotlight Awards, Event Producer of the Year.
