Memorial Day is oftentimes considered the unofficial start of summer, which can only mean one thing. It's grilling season! Now is the time to delight your scenses with the tastes and scents of barbecue, grilled meat—and maybe some veggies too! Here's a perfect summertime recipe from Bel Brands Foodservice to have a truly delicious summer.
Price's Spicy Jalapeño Pimento Cheese Muffuletta Burger

Ingredients for Olive Salad
3 oz pimiento-stuffed Queen olives, drained, sliced
3 oz kalamata olives, pitted, drained, sliced
2 oz capers, drained
5 oz pickled cauliflower, finely chopped
2 oz pickled carrots, diced ⅛ inch
2 oz pickled celery, chopped
2 oz olive oil
Ingredients for Burger Seasoning
2 ¼ tsp kosher salt
2 ¼ tsp black pepper
2 ¼ tsp garlic powder
2 ¼ tsp paprika
Ingredients for Muffuletta Burger
1 ea. 80/20 brisket chuck burger
3 ¼ ounces Price*s® Southern-Style
Pimiento Cheese Spread,
Spicy Jalapeño
1 ea. semolina sesame seed
Kaiser bun, toasted
1 T brown mustard
¼ cup Olive Salad
Method

Make the Olive Salad: Mix the ingredients together. Cover and refrigerate.

Make the Burger Seasoning: Blend the seasonings together. Reserve in covered container, label, and date.

For each serving: Season a burger with 3/8 teaspoon of the burger seasoning.

Place onto 550-degree F grill and cook for 2 minutes. Give burger a quarter turn to create hatch marks, cook for 2 minutes more, flip, and repeat. Once burger is almost cooked to desired temperature, using #12 scoop or approximately 1/3 cup, place the Price*s spread onto the patty and evenly spread it across. Place under the broiler for 45 seconds to 1 minute, allowing the pimiento cheese to warm and slightly melt.

Spread the bottom of a bun with the mustard. Top with the burger and cheese.

Top with the olive salad and the top bun. Serve.
