Jeff Snow
Chef Jeff Snow has centered his life around building and maintaining relationships. Whether he is spending time with his children, working with his wife, Jennifer, at the company they launched together, or planning and executing a special event for a client, Chef Snow cherishes his interactions with other people. Chef Snow studied at the CIA in Hyde Park, NY before cooking in kitchens in Florida and Texas. He moved to Omaha, NE and worked as executive chef of the French Café in Downtown Omaha's Old Market for 10 years before he started catering. In 2002, he and Jennifer started Catering Creations to create quality events in Omaha. As a business owner, Chef Snow takes joy in providing stability to his employees. He considers creating the jobs that provide a stable home life to his team as one of his greatest achievements. But he's pragmatic too. Says the Chef about his line of work, "Be prepared for long hours, spend the money on good quality shoes, have a thick skin because you cannot please everyone, and always appreciate the opportunity to be a part of someone's special day by making them smile with food.
