“We designed our serpentine tables as winding roads, and used exit signs throughout the hotel to carry the theme. The checker flags were used to start the race in Tempe, AZ and we continued the flag theme through the hotel fro buffet to buffet,” said Kerrie Prince, director of events for the hotel.
