The Chowgirls Killer Catering team brought “A Canvas to Inspire” to its Solar Arts Building venue in Northeast Minneapolis mid-March, with delicious bites & beverages, and terrific partner vendors. In attendance—mostly to-be-weds (and media to cover the event) in search of options for their big day. Small bites, photo booths, florals, makeup artists and more filled the sunny space. Here’s a look.

Exposed beams, warm tones, and beautiful wood floors in the Solar Arts venue are accentuated by a plethora of natural light.
Balloons…never out of style.
Desserts were a highlight, especially the Key Lime pie. Other finger food size sweets were small chocolates, eclairs, and two kinds of mini cupcakes.
The featured cocktail was “Les Fauves-arita” a combination of Casamigos Anejo tequila, Triple Sec, lime juice, honey-agave syrup and grapefruit bitters.
