Chef Paul Natrall, a proud Squamish Nation member, is the owner of Mr. Bannock, Vancouver’s first Indigenous food truck, and Chair of the nonprofit Indigenous Culinary of Associated Nations (ICAN). A graduate of culinary school and advocate for Indigenous foodways, Paul blends traditional ingredients with modern techniques to create award-winning fusion dishes.

He has represented Indigenous cuisine globally, including at the 2012 World Culinary Olympics, and collaborates with organizations like the American Indian College Fund to amplify Indigenous voices through food and education. Deeply committed to his community, Paul uses his platform to share cultural stories, support local initiatives, and inspire change through the power of food.
