On Sunday, August 9, International Caterers Association member Mary Crafts, Culinary Crafts, pulled out all of the stops for members of the ICA and a few other special guests attending the Art of Catering Food, with a seven course dinner at her tasting room in downtown Salt Lake City. Her goal: to introduce her guests to the bounty of the state, using only items sourced in Utah. Here’s a look.
Guests first stepped to a secluded outdoor patio and were offered delicious beverages including flavored water, lemonade—or something stronger mixed in with that lemonade, decanted through eye-catching cylinders.
