The ICAEF (International Caterers Association Education Foundation) is changing its name and its branding with a new web site. ICAEF's new name and branding as GROW, a Catering Educational Foundation will better reflect all we do and serve us well going into the future. 

But only the name and the website are changing. Just as when they were ICAEF, GROW is managed by a group of passionate caterers who believe the future of the industry lies in education and helping one another. Stay tuned. The application process for scholarships to Catersource and The Art of Catering Food in 2025 will open in mid-September!  Visit their new website for the releases of the new 2025/2026 Culinary Learning Journeys.
