Grace Odogbili is Chef-Owner of Dining With Grace, a Brooklyn-based innovative catering company specializing in elegant Pan-African inspired cuisine for over 12 years. Named by Saveur as New York’s Ambassador of Pan-African Cuisine,

about_pg.jpegChef Grace uses her catering as a creative means of championing and educating her clients on the delicious diversity and nutrition of African cuisines and agriculture, and its connectivity to other world cuisines. Chef Grace further allows for creative culinary and educational exploration through The African Table, where she hosts a Cooking School, Pop-Up Dinners and Culinary Travel experiences all to get others excited about diverse African cultures and cuisines. In addition, Chef Grace shares her love for community, philanthropy and dining through her annual Dining With Grace Banquet, serving NYC homeless and sheltered communities. Chef Grace’s clients have ranged from large tech corporations, brides and grooms excited to showcase their love of culture through food, to local nonprofits. Her passion is sharing her love of quality multi-cultural food and exceptional hospitality with the world. Chef Grace has also consulted with diverse foodservice organizations utilizing her expertise in business strategy, branding and recipe development with a focus Afro-Caribbean foods and trends.

Chef Grace was educated at the French Culinary Institute, studying Essentials of Fine Cooking and has also studied Hospitality Management at New York City College of Technology. She also completed coursework in Human Nutrition at Brooklyn College. She received her BA from Stony Brook University in Economics and Political Science. Pan-African Cuisines: A Fine Fusion Approach
