Recipe: Lychee Lake cocktail

Had enough of winter? Ring in spring with a new vodka cocktail! Farewell to those dark winter bourbon cocktails; bring on the vodka and a spritz of rosé. The organic Leaf Vodka, crafted from some of the best water in the world (Alaskan Glacial, Rocky Mountain mineral) is smooth and delicious. Hello, spring!

Lychee Lake

2 oz. LEAF vodka
1.5 oz Lychee purée
.5 oz grapefruit juice
.5 oz lemon juice
1 oz sparkling rosé


Method

  1. Combine all ingredients except rosé, add ice and shake vigorously.

  2. Strain into a martini glass, top off with sparkling rosé, garnish with an orchid and serve.
