Lychee Lake
2 oz. LEAF vodka
1.5 oz Lychee purée
.5 oz grapefruit juice
.5 oz lemon juice
1 oz sparkling rosé
Method
Combine all ingredients except rosé, add ice and shake vigorously.
Strain into a martini glass, top off with sparkling rosé, garnish with an orchid and serve.
