D'Amico Catering Venue Party Celebrates Decor Refresh

D’Amico & Partners, an influential restaurant and catering operator in Minneapolis/St. Paul, Minnesota and Naples, Florida, announced the completion of a comprehensive décor refresh at one of its exclusive D’Amico Catering venues, The Metropolitan Ballroom & Clubroom, just outside of downtown Minneapolis. 

“The Metropolitan has long been a memorable venue for Minneapolis corporate events, fundraisers, and weddings,” said D’Amico & Partners co-owner and founding partner Richard D’Amico, a long-time ASID member who designs all of the company’s properties. “We are thrilled to reveal this bright, updated space. My design inspiration for this project was every classic Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers dance scene, with a little bit of Busby Berkeley thrown in for good measure. The result is a stunningly bright and fresh homage to the classic 1930s elegance with a clean, modern spin.”

At a recent gathering for press and industry associates, D'Amico brought the tasty—and the beauty to a beloved property. here's a look.
