This intimately sized corporate party (named a finalist in this year's ACE Awards in the category of Best On-Premise Catering) created an oversized impact with a big commitment to its Halloween theme!
Vibrant Table Catering & Events had free reign to play in this nostalgic, vivid, sugar-fueled world. The large venue ended up being the perfect fit, as frights and delights filled every corner. Vintage graphics and classic haunted house props were combined with modern twists like impressive video mapping and a giant balloon sculpture.

The event menu was no tricks, all treats, and specialty cocktails kept things in the “spirit.” Guests were the perfect final touch–arriving in full costume and ready for the dance floor!

If you are interested in entering in the Gala awards instead, you can enter the Special Event 2025 Gala awards in the same online portal as the ACE awards. Catersource + The Special Event will run February 24-27 in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Both the ACE and Gala awards will be presented during the conference at the Broward County Convention Center in Fort Lauderdale.
