During the Trend Around stop, conference goers sampled two dishes: Watermelon Aguachile and Watermelon Steak.
Watermelon Aguachile (seared watermelon, charred avocado, cucumber, Chamoy, and guava)
Watermelon steak with al pastor marinade, pesto and feta crema, pistachio streusel, and dehydrated pineapples.
