What You Missed During NRA: Flashpoint Innovation

There was plenty to celebrate during the National Restaurant Show (held last month in Chicago): new products, friends new and old, tasty bites, and in the case of Chef Adam Moore, the grand opening of his newest venture: Flashpoint Innovation, a food and beverage consultancy housed in a one-of-a-kind 30,000 square foot inspirational space.

Flashpoint Innovation is a trusted alliance of chefs, mixologists, product developers, strategists, designers, industry experts, and manufacturers.

The Grand Opening

A feast for the senses like none other, event guests were welcomed to three stories of F&B experiences featuring the inspiration kitchen, bar studio, retail apothecary, innovation lab, and working rooftop farm with three greenhouses.
