As more people shift towards high-protein, nutrient-dense foods, eggs have re-emerged as a powerhouse option. Their naturally balanced protein-to-fat ratio, affordability, and rich profile of vitamins and minerals make them ideal for health-conscious consumers and those following fitness trends like intermittent fasting, ketogenic, and paleo diets. Expect to see eggs featured more prominently not only in classic breakfast dishes but also in fusion cuisines, where eggs are paired with diverse ingredients to create innovative, high-protein meals across all times of the day.
