Taking Your Event to New Heights

There are so many details to consider when creating an event. The venue, food, décor, and music - the list goes on and on! What will be the details or feature that will take your event to the next level? Why not raise the bar - not figuratively, but literally. Let these ideas inspire you to go onward and upward with your next event.

Don’t be afraid of heights

Take advantage of your décor elements when producing a large-scale event in a venue that offers wide-open spaces or lofty ceilings. Add drama and awe for your guests by lifting the décor elements and floral designs up! Create attention getting bars, entries, buffets and dessert stations—creating gorgeous focal points. Ceiling treatments are key to designing in a large space—creating balance and harmony. The occupied space needs to be filled evenly and with clear intention.

Concert viewing and seating for 3,000+ guests can be tricky. It’s your responsibility to make sure every seat in the house is a great one. A mezzanine can create extra viewing space and give a flat area height and volume. Bleacher style seating adds even more seating and offers great views.

Elevate your entertainment too! Raise the DJ, dancers, props and visual features to the top. The higher the better for the most impact—creating a visual power punch!

Think big, high and tall. When it comes to the venue remember that you can add more real estate and visual interest by going up. Just like your imagination—the sky really has no limits!
