  • Where do you find inspiration?
I love to serve people new experiences in entertaining and dining and working with other caterers through consulting gives me inspiration. Also going to work in a different environment with new challenges every day drives me to excel.

  • What excites you most about the year ahead in the catering industry?
That it’s not the last two years. They stunk. Now we’ve thinned the crowd and only the strong ones are still here.

  • What is the best piece of business advice you’ve ever been given?
Love what you do or get a real job.

  • What do you hope attendees will take away from your session?
That successful catering and event planning is going back to the basics and doing them well & consistently.   Also you as carter are not alone when you are plugged into a group of other successful caterer via Catersource.  Make friends and learn form each other.
