The ICA survey is an in-depth study of our industry. This year, over 80 catering companies responded, representing every region of the United States.

Catering companies with annual sales ranging from $250,000 to over $10,000,000 responded to the survey. Side note—the ICA has over 1,200 member caterers across the world who join together to share insider information and help each other all year long.
