Chef Tim Lundy brings to the event table 35 years of combined training and experience for culinary planning and event design. Classically trained chef from New York and award-winning caterer, from personal private events to classic wedding menu planning and corporate event menu design - farm-to-table menus are Tim's forte. Tim is an international professional speaker on the subjects of Culinary Design, Event & Wedding Design & Décor for the Association of Bridal Consultants, The Special Event, American Rental Association, American Restaurant Association, International Caterers Association, Event Solutions Conference & Tradeshow and International Special Events Society. Tim has produced his first published book with ten other catering chefs called, "Inside the Recipe Box of the Catering Chef," which launched in Las Vegas at the Catersource Conference & Tradeshow in February 2009.
