Cranberry Punch

Tart and snappy, this punch will be the sassy star of the party. Topped with cranberries, this cocktail is dramatic-looking and delicious-tasting!

Ingredients

12-oz package fresh cranberries
6 oz lime simple syrup (1 cup water, 1 cup granulated sugar, zest and juice of 2 limes)
1/2 cup unsweetened cranberry juice, chilled
1/2 teaspoon orange blossom water
750 ml bottle of Chandon Rosé, chilled

Method

Freeze the cranberries.

To make the simple syrup, combine ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat and let sit 30 minutes. Strain the syrup into a clean container and refrigerate. Discard the lime zest.

Combine the simple syrup, cranberry juice, and orange blossom water in a pitcher, dispenser, or punch bowl. Add the chilled rosé and frozen cranberries. Serve.
